Our friendly staff will accompany you in processes from the entrance to the passenger terminal to the check-in and other checkpoints, allowing you to pass the passport and security controls as a priority passenger.
The Fast Track Meet & Greet service is available for the passengers on Arriving and Departing flights.
Fast Track Meet & Greet service can also be purchased together with the CIP Lounge for the Departing flights.

Fast Track Meet & Greet service can be purchased together with CIP Lounge in the Departure direction.
Note: Fast Track is a paid service. For Wheelchair Service, you can contact your airline directly or through the agency where you purchased your ticket to make a request. The Wheelchair Service is the responsibility of the airline.
Term of Use
- Fast Track Meet & Greet service must be booked at least 6 hours before the scheduled movement time of the flight. Reservations made less than 6 hours before the flight are not accepted.
- Infants between 0-2 years of age of the Customers using Fast Track Meet & Greet and CIP Lounge service are served free of charge. This discount is limited to 2 infants.
- Children between the ages of 3-11 benefit from 50% discount on the Fast Track Meet & Greet Services on our website. This discount is limited to 2 children.
- In the Fast Track Meet & Greet packages with the CIP Lounge the usage period per person per booking is limited to 3 hours. The Customers who enter the CIP Lounge have the right to exit and re-enter during this period.
- The alcoholic package option at the CIP Lounge is limited to either a single 330 ml beer or a single 170 ml wine. The requests above this amount or the other types of alcoholic beverages are charged extra.
- There is no sale of alcoholic drinks to the passengers under the age of 18.
- The reservations cannot be changed or cancelled within the last 24 hours prior to the reserved entry time, and are non-refundable.
- The booking for the Bouquet of Flowers must be made at least 48 hours before the service delivery time.
